Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIDance's AI dance video generator at aidancevideo.io. By accessing or using our AI dance video generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AIDance is an AI dance video generator. You can upload a personal photo, choose one of our dance templates or provide a reference video, and use AI to generate a dance video.

Use of Services

Our AI dance video generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our video generation processing (using the models and features available through our service) will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific expectations.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and Creative Assets

You retain all rights to any images, prompts, or other assets you upload for AI dance video generation. By uploading content to our service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and render your assets using our available models and features. We store assets as necessary to provide generation, history, and downloads. Specific retention and deletion rules depend on the actual service and applicable policies.

Content Policy and Acceptable Use

This policy applies to photos, prompts, reference videos, other uploaded materials, generation requests, generated outputs, and their use or distribution through AIDance. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for your materials and intended use. Attempts to bypass safety checks or other content restrictions are prohibited.

Prohibited Content

You must not upload, request, generate, use, or distribute any of the following through our service:

1. Pornography and NSFW content: Pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexualized nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence and gore: Violent, graphic, gory, or abusive content, or content that encourages or glorifies violence.
3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harm against people or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content: Content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers anyone under 18, including AI-generated depictions of child sexual abuse or exploitation and dangerous activities involving minors.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: Non-consensual or deceptive use of another person's likeness or identity, impersonation, or synthetic content that misleads, defames, or harms others. This includes unauthorized use of a person's photo or reference video to make them appear to perform actions they did not perform.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: Content or materials that infringe another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including protected materials used without the necessary authorization or other lawful basis.

Labeling content as AI-generated or disclosing that it is synthetic does not make prohibited content permissible. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary dance animations using your own likeness or properly authorized materials, provided that they otherwise comply with this policy.

Content Moderation and Safety Measures

To help maintain service safety, AIDance may, depending on the model and feature used, apply automated safety checks to prompts, photos, and other inputs and use safety filters provided by third-party service providers.

When responding to reports, suspected violations, or appeals, we may manually review relevant inputs, generated outputs, and task records to the extent necessary. Personal information involved in this process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Safety checks have technical limitations. Passing a check or successfully generating content does not mean that AIDance endorses the content or that it complies with these Terms. You remain responsible for your materials, generation requests, and generated content, including having the necessary rights and permissions.

Enforcement

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that content or account activity violates this policy, we may take measures based on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation. These measures may include rejecting or stopping generation, restricting access to related content, issuing warnings, limiting features, or suspending or terminating an account. For serious violations, we may act immediately without prior warning.

Reporting and Appeals

You may report suspected violations or request a review of an account restriction by emailing hi@aidancevideo.io. Please provide the relevant task ID, available links, and an explanation of the issue so that we can investigate. We may request additional information relevant to the review.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our AI dance video generation services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload images, prompts, or other content that contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our video generation models or technology
• Generate, upload, use, or distribute content prohibited by the Content Policy and Acceptable Use section of these Terms
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Misuse our available features or model outputs for commercial purposes beyond your subscription tier

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
